Brian Crotty is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with more than eight years of experience as an analyst and writer in business valuations/litigation support and an additional two years’ experience in research and litigation support. He has performed valuations of companies with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Mr. Crotty’s wide-ranging experience includes valuations of closely held businesses for estate, gift and corporate tax planning; estate tax share valuations; financial modeling and consulting related to corporate planning; business purchase and sale advisement and transaction analysis; valuations of intangible assets and intellectual property; consulting and valuations in connection with formulating buy/sell agreements and settling shareholder disputes. In addition, he is well-versed in assisting attorneys and their clients in applying complex financial analysis in a variety of litigation practice areas and serving as an expert witness at trial.  

Mr. Crotty has in-depth understanding and expertise in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture and agribusiness, wholesale distribution, construction, transportation, telecommunications, financial services, retailing, commercial real estate and others.
