Mark graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Industrial Administration, Accounting emphasis. At HDH Advisors, LLC, his principal areas of practice include auditing and accounting, litigation support services and business valuations. With more than 34 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Wackerbarth’s areas of specialization include computations of economic damages, analysis of shareholder disputes and professional standards analyses. Mr. Wackerbarth is also a Managing Member of HDH Advisors, LLC. Mr. Wackerbarth became credentialed to perform business valuations in 1997 and earned the Certified Forensic Financial Analyst designation in 2008, both designations from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA).
Mr. Wackerbarth is a member of and has served in various capacities for numerous professional and civic organizations including the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
